Email Deliverability Reports

Hi there! 👋

When you add an email account to SalesBlink, a deliverability score gets attached to it, showing how likely it is for your email to land in the recipient's inbox.

That means a higher deliverability score indicates that your email is more likely to land in the inbox of recipients instead of the spam folder. Therefore, you must make sure it is always high.

So, how do you check the deliverability score of your email address? Well, SalesBlink's Email Deliverability report can help you out.

Along with providing the score, the report helps you identify the reasons for a low score.

The deliverability score gets reduced when:

  • Website or email isn't set
  • DNS configuration is not done
  • Email address is not warmed up
  • Email address appears in blacklists

Here's how to view the email deliverability score,

1️⃣ Go to 'Outreach' > 'Email Senders' and click on the green button under the deliverability score.

You can see the deliverability report

2️⃣ Click on the help icon to read help docs to fix the issues faced.

For instance, in the image above, the deliverability score for the email address is 50. But, why?🤔

And as you can see, there are two issues here,

  • The DKIM DNS needs to be set up
  • The email address has to be removed from the 3 blacklists 🚫 that are listed.

Once you fix both the issues, the deliverability score will improve. 😀

Make sure the score is well above 90 if you want to improve your email deliverability and get your emails land in inboxes of recipients.

So, start working on increasing your score right now!

Hope you found this guide useful!😎
