    ⚡️Wondering how you can create one? Don't worry; here is a step-by-step guide on how you can add a new call-template in no time,

    1️⃣ Go to the SalesBlink Dashboard.

    2️⃣ Under “Outreach”, click on “Phone”.

    3️⃣ Click on the drop-down arrow next to “Templates”. Then, click on “Create New.”

    4️⃣ Enter the call-template details and click “Save Template.”

    A new call template will now be get added to your list of templates.

    Macros work in the Call Script as well. 

    👉 Important Note: For any personalization macros to work in outreach, you must upload that data for your prospect.

    Text Personalization

    Method 1️⃣: Default Macros

    In this method, you can use Default Personalization Macros by SalesBlink.

    All you have to do is select  My Macros in the Load Macros drop-down while creating or editing a template.

    Click on the macro you would like to add to your call script, and it will get added. It is that simple!

    Method 2️⃣: CRM Field Macros

    In this method, you can use macros you add as fields in CRM Settings.

    You just need to select ‘My Macros’ in the ‘Load Macros’ drop-down while creating or editing a template.

    Click on the macro you would like to add to your call-template.

    Method 3️⃣: Campaign Macros

    In this method, you can insert macros from the data fields of a campaign.

    A campaign must be present before you can do this.

    Just select the campaign name in the Load Macros drop-down while creating or editing a template.

    Click on the macro you would like to add to your call-template.

    Method 4️⃣: Custom Macros

    In this method, you can type your own macros, in the following format:

    Method 5️⃣: Spinned Macros (SPINTAX)

    In this method, you can add macros with fallbacks, in the following format:
