Google API Disclosure: SalesBlink use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how FUTUREBLINK LLC or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) Processes Personal Data collected from You.

DEFINITIONS

“End-User” means any person or entity with whom the Subscriber interacts using the Service(s).

“Website(s)” means the websites that We operate. “You” and “Your” means an identified or identifiable natural person whose Personal Data We process as a Controller.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY US

You directly provide Us with most of the data We collect. We collect Personal Data from You directly as follows:

When you use SalesBlink, you have the option to connect a 3rd party email account (like Gmail, Outlook, and, etc) to your SalesBlink account. This allows you to read, compose and send email messages in SalesBlink.

For Meeting Scheduler (Google Calendar) users, SalesBlink needs permissions to some restricted scopes and the usage of each are explained below

calendar.events permission:
calendar.events permission will be used to read the events to display availability and create event when a prospect books a meeting.

calendar.readonly permission:
calendar.settings.readonly permission used to read user time zone and working hours and other settings.

NOTE 1: All the data collected through the Google OAuth sensitive/restricted scopes will not be shared to any third parties or will not be used to personalize advertisements.
NOTE 2: SalesBlink’s use of information received, and App's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Requirements.

You also agree that we have perpetual and irrevocable right to use, share, sublicense, display, copy, publish and distribute the Submitted Data in aggregated, de-identified form for any purpose, in any medium.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

We mainly Process Personal Data in the United States of America. However, We may transfer Personal Data outside the United States of America for the purposes referred to in Section 4. We will ensure that the recipient of Your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection that is at least comparable to that which is provided under applicable data protection laws.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We retain the Personal Data collected where an ongoing legitimate business requires retention of such Personal Data.In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data under Section 6.1. above, We will either delete it or aggregate it, or, if this is not possible then We will securely store Your Personal Data and isolate it from any further Processing until deletion is possible.
